    Wanna talk about service, our heater acted up this week during the freeze. The owner his self came out on a snow day. Not only did he get me back up and running he noticed I had a wood-burning stove and even gave me some spilt wood that he had. Tried to pay the man but wouldn’t accept it because it was just a dirty flame sensor! See more See less

    Last summer I came home to a house with no air. My AC is new and under warranty but the company that installed it could not come out until the next afternoon and then they said they most likely would have to order the part and come back out. Me and my animals were miserable. So I call Charlie at Polar Dynamics and he Came out with in the hour which was after normal Business hours; ran some sort of test found out exactly what was wrong with my unit and he had the part on his truck to fix it. Most importantly it was extremely affordable so needless to say Polar Dynamics has my heating and cooling business for as long as they are in business. See more See less

    I have had the pleasure of working with this team twice now once over the summer when I came home to find my A/C had stopped cooling. This was the dead of summer so I was miserable and after normal business hours. Charlie came right over and had my A/C back up and run in no time at all. Thank goodness he had the part on his truck. Here right before our Texas freeze my heater was on but absolutely no hot air coming out. So once again Charlie came over and noticed my Neat thermometer had been installed in properly so he quickly fixed the problem. It is a horrible situation to be in when your home systems aren’t working and so many companies take advantage of that because Let’s face it we don’t know it’s broken until we go to use it. I am so glad I have found a company that I can trust and has integrity. See more See less
